Cuffmerge SyntaxError invalid syntax

Hi
When I ran Cuffmerge command, I recieved below error. I would be appreciated if you help me, and explain what should I do?

Cuffmerge command: cuffmerge -o '/root/Medicago/cuffmerge' --ref-gtf '/root/Medicago/genome/GTF/index.gtf' --min-isoform-fraction 0.1 '/root/Medicago/transcripts/exam1.txt'
